Band calculator
Sketch a workout and see what Beginner, Advanced and Elite would clock, station by station. The same numbers the app computes with, from the same published config. No login, nothing saved.

How to read it
Every station reduces to an amount of work and a rate, and a band is a rate: roughly 20, 25 and 30 reps a minute, 7:00, 5:20 and 4:20 per running kilometre, with ergometers, sleds and carries each priced their own way. Reps also carry a per-exercise class multiplier, because a burpee is not a wall ball. The totals are work time only. Rest is yours to program, and it costs every band the same.
The full arithmetic, the class table and what the model deliberately does not account for are in how the difficulty bands are calculated. The same targets appear live in the app while you build a workout, and the race numbers here match the HYROX Race Simulation preset segment for segment.
