See the whole session, not just the finish time. Session-time trends, workout-to-workout comparisons, per-station splits, heart-rate zones and pacing over time. The data is already recorded every time you train — Pro turns it on.
Band difficulty
Know what you are taking on before you start. As you build a workout, Rep The Set shows live Beginner, Advanced and Elite targets — the time each level would clock, and for timed stations the distance, reps or calories they would hit in the same window. AMRAP shows rounds within the cap; EMOM shows whether the work fits the minute.

Will I lose my workouts if I stay free?
No. Anything you have saved stays. The free tier keeps up to three custom workouts; Pro removes the limit.
Can I restore Pro on a new phone?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases.
Do you track me or sell my data?
No. There is no ad network and no third-party tracking. Ads shown to free users come from our own list, and an ad being shown or tapped is recorded only on your device.
