Before you write
Most questions are already answered on the FAQ page — how blocks, rounds and stations relate, which heart-rate monitors work, what the session analytics mean, and how AMRAP and EMOM differ.
Reporting a problem
Include your device and iOS version, the name of the workout, and roughly when the session took place. For heart-rate issues, say which strap you use and whether it pairs with other apps — that separates a pairing problem from a recording one. Screenshots of the run screen or the insights page help more than a description.
Requesting a feature
Describe the session you are trying to run rather than the setting you think is missing. Knowing the workout you want to build is far more useful than a proposed control, and often the format already exists under a different name.
Account and data
Workout history is tied to your account and syncs between the app and the web builder, so signing in on either shows the same sessions. For anything about what is stored and why, see the privacy policy. Write in for deletion or export requests.
